Our pasture-raised pork slow-cooked in vinegar with a medley of peppers. Served with egg, cheese, and Mama Lil’s peppers on a Tall Grass Bakery brioche bun.

John with Laverne, our first bottle baby from this year's lambing. The grass is growing and the sheep are mowing down their pastures. We'll rotate them to a new paddock again this week. Fresh grass, warm weather -- a real spring treat!
Our first official flood of the season! All animals were moved safely to higher ground and we spent today commuting via canoe between our farms -  even Luna joined us for a swim.
